The Regional Palliative Care Plan 2011 - 2015

The North and West Metropolitan Region Palliative Care is in the process of developing a new Regional Plan for 2011-2015.

The plan will focus on the development of strategic directions, priorities and an implementation framework to guide the future planning, coordination and development of palliative care services in the region over the next five years.
